Granting Access to Teaching assistant on the portal

1. Log into Edison State College Portal

2. Go to Faculty Academics
3. Click on your course
4. Go to "Configuration Tools"
5. Click on "Members"
6. Click on "Add Members"
7. Click on "Add by Login"
8. Type in the username (example: jdoe) of the user you want to add
9. Pick Teaching Assistant
10. Click Add Members button
11. Provide short explanation for why they are being added
12. Click ok after the course membership has been updated
