Setting Up Your Mobile Phone Email

Edison allows Faculty and Staff to send and recieve email via their mobile phone.  Please note these settings are different depending on whether you are on Exchange Outlook or use Portal Email.  If you are unsure whether you are on Exchange/Outlook or Portal Email, please contact the IT Helpdesk.

Portal Email Settings (STUDENTS):

You can set up your Edison Portal email to forward a copy to to your outside personal email address.

  • When you log into your Portal email account click on the Options Tab
  • Then the Settings Tab
  • Scroll down and fill in Mail Forwarding section
  • DO NOT select remove copy from server

Exchange Outlook Settings (FACULTY/STAFF ONLY):
