Great American Smoke Out Day

Charlotte County health professionals will be joining wtih Edison State College to observe the 2009 national "Great American Smoke Out Day." Free blood pressure screenings, pulmonary function testings and Yoga demonstrations by the bell tower from 8:00 to 9:30 a.m.; a Stop Smoking Seminar, led by Dr. Don Kennedy of Murdock Family Medicine, in Student Activities Bld.-O Rm 117 from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m.; a "Cold Turkey Sandwich" givaway at 11:00 a.m. -- trade your cigarettes for a cold turkey sandwich!
