Great U.S. Constitutional Decisions
(LLI Classes)

Taught by James Mallonee - 10/26 - 11/16
We often hear a news reference to a past major legal decision as it impacts a ruling in a current case. What are some of these major constitutional (landmark) law cases? How did they shape our country? How relevant are they today? The class will look at prior legal decisions such as, Slavery, Equal Rights, Segregation, Executive Power, Congressional Power, Freedom of Speech and several others that influenced the growth of our country.
