Beginning Belly Dancing

This course is appropriate for women of all ages, body shape, size, and fitness levels. No previous dance experience required. Students will learn low-impact traditional belly dance movements and technique. History, costuming and veil work will also be explored. Belly dancing enhances motor skills, improves balance and flexibility, and tones muscle.
