Entry placement testing and orientation are required of all degree-seeking students, certificate-seeking students, Early Admissions students, Dual Enrollment students, and those non-degree seeking students who wish to take a math and/or English course.

*If you do not have ACT-E or SAT-R minimum cutoff scores, you will need to take the FCLEPT. This test is not timed and is administered on a computer. No calculators are allowed.

*The FCLEPT is administered Monday and Wednesday at 11:00am and 4:00pm and Tuesday and Thursday at 9:30am and 2:30pm.
Note: Students with previous college coursework should meet with an Academic Advising Specialist to determine if placement testing is needed. To schedule an appointment, please contact Student Services at (941) 637-5629. You will need to bring an unofficial copy of your previous college coursework to this appointment.
