PLEASE NOTE: ALL SUPPLIERS ARE ADVISED AGAINST MAKING A DELIVERY OR PERFORMING A SERVICE FOR EDISON STATE COLLEGE WITHOUT HAVING AN AUTHORIZED PURCHASE ORDER. IF DELIVERY IS MADE, OR SERVICE PERFORMED, WITHOUT PROPER AUTHORIZATION, THE VENDOR MUST ASSUME THE RESPONSIBILITY FOR COLLECTION OF THE PAYMENT OF THESE GOODS OR SERVICES FROM THE INDIVIDUAL WITH WHOM THE TRANSACTION WAS MADE. |

Changes - Conditions, terms, quality, quantities or prices on this order must not be changed by the vendor. If the order is not satisfactory as written, the Edison State College Purchasing Department must be contacted. |

Shipping - Shipping notices and bills of lading must accompany shipment, and parcels must be clearly marked with the purchase order number and the address to which the material is to be delivered. |

Delivery - Delivery materials must be delivered to the delivery point as specified with all delivery charges prepaid.. |

ALL purchases must be shipped within sixty (60) days of the order unless otherwise stated. If shipment cannot be made within this time, the vendor shall advice the college of an alternate date, which may be either accepted or rejected by the College. |

Packaging - Materials must be properly packed. Damaged goods will not accepted. |
|
Regulations - All Florida Statutes and State Board of Education regulations shall apply to this order. |
|
Laws - In performance of this order, the seller shall comply with all Federal, State, and local laws. |
|
If the products ordered hereon contain substances which appear on the Florida list of "toxic materials", a material safety data sheet (MSDS) is required to be provided to the College. |
|
No employee of Edison State College has the authority to purchase or commit funds towards the procurement of goods or services without the proper authorization. |
