Your financial aid account authorization form can be completed online or in PDF version. Please select your method below:

  To complete the form online, please log into the myEdison portal (http://my.edison.edu). Click the 'Student Services' Tab, then click 'Financial Aid - Award Response Form' on the Student Services Websites channel.

  Download the PDF version of your Account Authorization Form and return to your financial aid office either in person or via postal mail. Address and contact information is available on the form.
