Edison State College provides a wealth of educational opportunities to students whose professional and career goals are as diverse as the Southwest Florida region it serves. From accounting to drafting & design, performing arts to cardio vascular technology, Edison State provides today’s students with the education, tools, training, and experience they’ll need to excel tomorrow.
Since 1966, the Edison State College Foundation has been enhancing the access and quality of education for Edison State students. Its focus is to attract and manage private contributions from individuals, organizations, business, and private foundations to support Edison State’s mission. Managed by a voluntary Board of Directors of business and civic leaders from all five counties served by Edison State College, the Foundation is a private non-profit entity recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization and by the State of Florida as a direct support organization for the benefit of Edison State College.
As a partner in building a better community, the Edison State College Foundation promotes higher education with student scholarships, support of academic programs, technology enhancements, and new and improved facilities.
