Edison Helpdesk - Provides assistance for students, faculty and staff at Edison State College regarding a variety of technology issues. Online services include the following:

Technology Support Center - Free Walk-in support available on Lee County campus in Room K-121.

• Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 6:00pm
• Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Basic hardware and software troubleshooting offered to students at Edison State College and additional software support to faculty and staff.

eLearning Support - Additional technology support and training resources provided students, faculty and staff at Edison State College.

    • Submit ticket
