Lesson 15: Sample Search: Location and Availability


To learn the call number, location, and availability status of a particular work, review the Location information at the bottom of the bibliographic record.

Click on the linked library location, for example, Edison/Collier, to find out if the work is available. If the work is checked out, a due date is listed in the Due field. You can arrange for this work to be held for you at your home campus as soon as it is returned by clicking on the request link, logging on, and clicking Go twice.
