Lesson 2: Accessing Reference Resources


There are three major ways to find Reference Resources.

1. Use the Library’s online catalog: enter a keyword and the type of reference tool you want to find in the search field of the online catalog, e.g., psychology AND dictionaries. OR enter a keyword and the word reference, e.g., psychology AND reference. Many of your results will be reference works.
2. Browse the Reference Collection, which is located near the Reference Desk
