College Goal Sunday - volunteers needed

College Goal Sunday is a statewide volunteer program that provides free information and assistance to students and families who are applying for financial aid for post secondary education.

College Goal Sunday brings together financial aid professionals from colleges and universities along with other volunteers to help college-bound students and their families complete the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).

We need friendly faces, greeters, organizers and financial aid experts to help support this free service to the community and students.

If you would like to volunteer, the event is:
Edison State College Lee Campus
Saturday, February 11, 2012 (Yes, College Goal Sunday, on a Saturday)
9:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m.
Volunteers arrive at 8:30 a.m.

If you are a non-exempt employee you must have your supervisor’s approval in order to be paid, in accordance with College policy.
