This year all full time employees must schedule a time in advance of the Wellness Fair in order to complete a Health Risk Assessment. This is your opportunity to meet with vendors, get your health risk assessment, eat a healthy snack and win prizes!! Wellness Fairs will be held as follows:

Lee Campus – Rush Gallery Room and Lobby located in Building J, Tuesday, April 3, 2012, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Collier Campus – Room J103 and J104 located in Building J, Wednesday, April 4, 2012, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

Hendry/Glades Center – Room B008 located in Building B Wednesday, April 4, 2012, 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm

Charlotte Campus - Auditorium Lobby and Room O117 located in Building O, Thursday, April 5, 2012, 11:00 am to 3:00 pm
