This year all full time employees must schedule a time in advance of the Wellness Fair in order to complete a Health Risk Assessment. Please follow this link to schedule your time https://pickatime.com/client?ven=11603565.

This is your opportunity to meet with vendors, get your health risk assessment, eat a healthy snack and win prizes!! Look for your personalized wellness card in the mail and bring it to the Wellness Fair for your chance to win a weekend getaway to DiamondHead Beach Resort and Spa. Wellness Fairs will be held as follows:

Lee Campus – Rush Gallery Room and Lobby located in Building J
Tuesday, April 3, 2012, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Collier Campus – Room J103 and J104 located in Building J
Wednesday, April 4, 2012, 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

Hendry/Glades Center – Room B008 located in Building B Wednesday, April 4, 2012, 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm

Charlotte Campus - Auditorium Lobby and Room O117 located in Building O
Thursday, April 5, 2012, 11:00 am to 3:00 pm

Last year we received $10,000 from the Florida College System Risk Management Consortium (FCSRMC) for having 59% of employees participate at the Wellness Fair. The Wellness Committee has developed a Wellness Plan to utilize these funds including a walking path, nutrition and exercise classes, and more. This year, the College has the opportunity to receive another $10,000 from the FCSRMC which will be used for future Wellness Initiatives for our employees. Again, we need at least 50% of our employees to complete their Personal Health Assessment at the Wellness Fair. Your participation is essential to receiving this reward!
