Safety is a Priority at LightHouse Commons.

Submitted 05/23/2012

Did you hear? Edison State College was recently named the safest campus in Florida, and the tenth safest in the nation! This should make future residents of LightHouse Commons feel even better about their choice to live on campus.

Police and private security already patrol the campus at all times and the residence hall will have its own security guard twenty-four hours a day as well. Each wing of the hall will have its own live in residence advisor and a member of the professional staff will live on the premises also. Only residents will have key card access to the building and cameras will be installed at all entrances and common areas. Students who live in LightHouse Commons will be encouraged to create a community that adheres to the tradition of safety at Edison State College. Be the first to live on campus and combine safety, convenience and fun at LightHouse Commons!
