Wellness Fair Dates:

Lee Campus - Tuesday, March 22, 2011: 9am – 3pm, Rush Library Gallery Room

Collier Campus – Wednesday, March 23, 2011: 10am – 2pm, J Building (Room J103/J104)

Charlotte Campus – Thursday, March 24, 2011: 10am – 2pm, Student Activities Hall (Room O117) and Auditorium Lobby

The Challenge is On! Help us reach our goal of at least 50% participation so we can earn $10,000 for future Wellness Initiatives from the Florida College System Risk Management Consortium.

If you have not scheduled your appointment through the online “Pick-A-Time” system, please contact Human Resources today at ext. 1293 and we will be happy to schedule you. While we encourage everyone to schedule an appointment, walk-ins are welcome.

The Wellness Fair is your opportunity to be reassessed and earn 250 BlueRewards Points which you can redeem for a $25 Gift Card at your favorite store or restaurant! All employees who complete their Personal Health Assessment (PHA) at the Wellness Fair will receive a wellness profile, health tips and information, individual coaching and 250 BlueRewards Points. We will have representatives at the Wellness Fair to show you how to redeem those points for your $25 Gift Card.

All faculty, staff and their dependents 18 years and older are invited to attend. Enrollment in the College’s health insurance plan is not required in order to participate. All employees are encouraged to attend and supervisors are asked to make every effort to allow employees the opportunity to participate.
