National Start Walking Day

As part of our Wellness Network initiatives, we would like to invite all staff and faculty to join Americans across the country on Wednesday, April 6, for the American Heart Association's National Start Walking Day.

Wear your sneakers to work and join other employees at 8 a.m. for a 20-minute walk around campus. Show your support for the American Heart Association and Be Aware * Be Healthy * Be Rewarded.

Meet at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, April 6th:

Charlotte Campus: Join Dr. Land under the bell tower
Collier Campus: Meet at the flag pole in front of Admin Building
Lee Campus: Meet under the clock tower
