Arts Academy at Edison State College is welcoming in the Summer Semester with an array of classes that combine “Fine Art with Fun”. The following classes are coming up in the next few weeks and registration is simple. Screenwriting- Advanced
This 8 week class will be held on Thursdays starting 6/2 to 7/21/11 from 6:30-9:30pm. Cost is $290.

Painting fundamentals: Acrylics
This 8 week class will be held on Wednesday’s starting 6/8 to 7/27/11 from 6pm to 9 pm. Cost is $180.

Beaded Jewelry Design
This 6 week class will be held on Tuesdays starting 6/14 to 7/19/11 from 10:00am to 1:00pm. Cost is $120.

Precious Metal Clay
This 6 week class will be held on Wednesdays starting 6/15 to 7/20/11 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Cost is $120.

Knitting for Beginners
This 4 week class will be held on Wednesday’s starting 6/15 to 7/6/11 from 6pm to 8pm. Cost is $150.

Wire Working Jewelry
This 6 week class will be held on Thursdays starting 6/16 to 7/21 from 6:00pm to 9:00pm. Cost is $120.

Fold Forming Workshop
This is a one day workshop that will be held on Sunday 6/19/11 from 10:00 to 4:00pm. There will be a ½ hour break for lunch. Materials will be $20.00 Paid to the instructor. The cost of the course is $120.00

Drawing fundamentals: Colored Pencil
This 6 week class will be held on Tuesdays starting 6/21 to 7/26/11 from 6pm – 8pm. Cost is $180.

Learning To Paint- Step By Step Oils
This 8 week class will be held on Tuesdays starting 6/21 to 8/9/11 from 6:00-9:00pm. Cost is $180(Plus Materials).

Yoga Classes For Beginners
This 6 week course will begin Wednesdays, 6/22 to 7/27/11 from 5:00pm- 6:00pm. Cost is $90.

Screenwriting For Beginners
This 6 week class will be held on Wednesdays starting 6/22 to 7/27/11 from 6:30-9:30pm. Cost is $260.

DECORATIVE PAINTING TECHNIQUES
This 6 week class will be held on Wednesday’s starting 6/22/11 from 1pm to 4pm. Cost is $145.
