In order to ensure that all orders are properly accounted for, and paid timely, we request that the last day to place an order against Standing Purchase Orders be Monday, June 20th. If you have an emergency, you will need to have your purchase approved, and can email Phyllis Hannum at phannum@edison.edu, stating the emergency, the vendor, PO number and the approximate amount of the purchase. This purchase must be received by June 30th.
