Online Electronic W-2 Consent Notification
Edison State College has implemented a new process which will allow employees to receive their W-2 forms electronically through the My Edison State Portal. https://my.edison.edu/cp/home/displaylogin
Once logged into the Edison State Portal employees will select the Faculty/Staff Services tab; then select the tax forms link in the Banner Web Services box for Employees . Choose Electronic W-2 Consent to CONSENT or REVOKE to receive your W-2 electronically. Once chosen, you will click the SUBMIT button and an email notification will be sent to you confirming the change.
There are multiple benefits to receiving an electronic W-2 Form:
- Earlier access to Form W-2
- No possibility an employee’s Form W-2 might be lost, stolen, delayed or misplaced by the US mail service or by the employee, once received.
-Access is available 24/7 at the same secure web site at which an employee can access his/her wage and general account information.
- Employees may print multiple copies at their convenience.
Employees who do not consent to an electronic W-2, your W-2 statement will be postmarked on January 31, 2012.
