Food Service Steps toward Sustainability!
Food Services Inc. (FSI), the College’s food service provider takes a giant leap toward assisting Edison State College in creating more sustainable campuses. Beginning August 15th, Styrofoam is OUT and Eco-Friendly is in! FSI was able to work with their suppliers to offer eco-friendly food and beverage containers at all their locations. The new Eco-Product disposables:
• Take less energy to make
• Are responsible for less CO2 in the atmosphere
• Come from renewable or recycled resources
