Subject: Financial Aid Bookstore Days - FALL 2011 FULL AND FALL A Semesters – August 8th – 30th

Bookstore Buying Days with Financial Aid for 2011 Fall Full and Fall A Terms
Book Buying Days at the Edison State College Bookstore for our financial aid/scholarship and student loan recipients will be available for Fall Full and Fall A Semesters. You may charge your textbooks onto your student account up to the amount of available aid credited to your account, not to exceed $1,000. All Financial Aid requirements must be fulfilled to be eligible for this service.


Just stop by the bookstore or shop online from August 8th – 30th to take advantage of this great opportunity.

To check your available funds please follow these steps:
1. Login to the Edison Portal
2. Click on the Student Academics Tab
3. Go to the Student Records Menu
4. Click on Account Detail for Term
5. Choose the Fall 2011 Term

Scroll to the very bottom of the screen and look at the Account Balance net of Authorized Financial Aid and Memos. If you see a credit balance and all of your Financial Aid requirements have been fulfilled you will have funds available to purchase books and eligible supplies through the Edison State College Bookstore. Please remember you will not be able to exceed $1,000.00.
