Automated Approval Notifications for Requisitions and Budget Transfers:

Edison State College has implemented a new process which will automatically email the next approver for Requisitions and Budget Transfers. This process will follow the document throughout the entire process and email the approver(s) as it flows in the approval queues.

This process will allow quicker response times to approve documents as well as eliminating the need to email the approvers after input of the document.
