Join the Charlotte ACS Relay for Life Team

Faculty, staff and students are invited to participate in this year’s American Cancer Society fundraising efforts as a member of the Edison State College Charlotte Campus Relay for Life Team. The initial meeting for anyone who is interested in walking during the relay, helping to raise funds before hand and any other aspect of involvement is scheduled on Wednesday, September 21 at 11:00am in O117. Other dates for fall semester meetings are Wednesday, October 19 and Wednesday, November 16.

The relay is a fun, team-based overnight event and will be held this year at Charlotte High School in Punta Gorda beginning at 3 p.m. on April 14th. Last year was our first year participating as a faculty, staff and student team and we raised over $2,000.00 and won the second place spirit award. Our goal for this year is to raise $4,000.00 and win the first place spirit award. Please join us in having fun and raising money for a worthy cause.
