Edison State College and Florida Gulf Coast University are pleased to invite your participation in the 2011-12 Leadership Enrichment Program, (formerly Leadership Diversity Program. Established in 1995, the program is designed to provide professional development opportunities to enhance your leadership skills and foster a professional network of colleagues.

You are invited to apply for this program if you are interested in developing your leadership skills, hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and have not participated previously in the Leadership Diversity Program. Preference will be given to applicants with a Master’s degree or higher and those employed in an exempt level (salaried) position. Supervisors are encouraged to recommend the program to employees meeting the eligibility criteria.

When completed, please obtain your supervisor’s signature, then scan/e-mail or fax the application to Sharri Lindgren, sharri.lindgren@edison.edu or fax 489-9041 by Friday, September 23, 2011. A committee will review the applications and select the participants.

If accepted into the program, the kick off program, Finding Your Voice as a Leader, will be held on Friday, October 28, 2011, 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. at FGCU. Your attendance at this session is critical.
