This year’s Open Enrollment period begins October 24, 2011 and runs through November 4, 2011. This is your opportunity to make changes to your health, dental, vision and AFLAC plans; enroll in the Flexible Spending Account and apply for Short Term Disability insurance. All changes will be effective January 1, 2012.
Employees currently enrolled in a Flexible Spending Account can pick-up their 2012 renewal form by visiting the Custom Benefit Services booth at the Benefits Expo. Employees who are interested in getting more information about Flexible Spending Accounts may attend a 30 minute presentation at the Lee Benefits Expo on October 19, 2011 at 11:00 am or 1:30 pm; or visit with the Custom Benefits Service representative at your Campus Expo.
For all other benefits, employee’s can learn about insurance plan and rate changes by:
1. Visiting the Human Resources website at http://www.edison.edu/humanresources/openenrollment.
2. Meeting with vendors at the Benefits Expo’s which will be held as follows:
Lee Campus – Lobby of the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall Wednesday, October 19, 2011, from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm
Collier Campus – Room J103 and J104 located in Building J Thursday, October 20, 2011, 9:30 am to 12:00 pm
Charlotte Campus - Auditorium Lobby and Room O117 located in Building O Thursday, October 20, 2011, 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm
