The Benefit Expo’s will be held as follows:

Lee Campus – Lobby of the Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall Wednesday, October 19, 2011, from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm

**Presentations to be held in the President’s Suite, Barbara B. Mann**

• Blue Medicare PPO - 9:30 am, 12:00 pm
• Health Reimbursement Account – 10:30 am, 1:00 pm
• Flexible Spending Account – 11:00 am, 1:30 pm

Collier Campus – Room J103 and J104 located in Building J Thursday, October 20, 2011, 9:30 am to 12:00 pm

**Presentations to be held in Room J-120**

• Blue Medicare PPO – 9:30 am

Charlotte Campus - Auditorium Lobby and Room O117 located in Building O Thursday, October 20, 2011, 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm

**Presentations to be held in Room O-116**

• Blue Medicare PPO – 2:30 pm

On Monday, October 17, full-time employees will receive a postcard in the intercampus mail with directions to your Campus Benefits Expo. Bring the postcard to the Expo and you will qualify to enter to win a weekend getaway to Diamondhead Beach Resort and Spa. Take a few minutes to visit with the vendors and you could win one of 60 prizes including another weekend getaway.
