Edison State College Symphony Orchestra and Edison State College Chorale Combined Concert
The Edison State College Chorale will be joined onstage by the Riverdale High School Chorus, as they perform excerpts from “Messiah.” Included on the program will be the “Hallelujah Chorus,” “Comfort Ye My People,” and “Every Valley Shall Be Exalted,” along with many more selections from George Friedrich Handel.
In addition, the Edison Symphony Orchestra will perform the Overture from Johann Sebastian Bach’s Orchestral Suite No.2 in B minor, BWV 1067, for string orchestra and flute; and one of Franz Joseph Haydn’s most famous “London” symphonies: “The Clock,” Symphony No. 101.
