Library Workshops on Charlotte Campus

The Charlotte Campus Library invites students to our Spring Semester workshops. College Research 101: Introduction to Library Research will be held on Wednesday, January 25 at 2 p.m. This 50-minute session covers the basics of research, including databases, search terms, Boolean searching and more. The MLA Citation Workshop will be offered on Tuesday, April 10, at 2 p.m. In this 30-minute session we will cover the basics of in-text citation and the Works Cited page for books, articles and websites. The APA Citation Workshop will be on Tuesday, April 10, at 3 p.m. This workshop will also cover the basics of in-text citation and the References page for books, articles and websites.

All of these library workshops are free, and will be held in B106 (inside the Academic Success Center on the Charlotte Campus). Please call the library at 941-637-5620 to register for the workshop(s) of your choice.
