Cardiovascular Technology – this nationally accredited program is the only one in the nation equipped with a cardiovascular catheterization laboratory that incorporates endovascular simulation.


Dental Hygiene – graduates of this nationally accredited program have had 100% pass rate on national board dental hygiene examination for the past 17 years. The newly renovated state-of-the-art Dental Hygiene Clinic is located on the Lee campus of Edison State College. Students provide preventive dentistry care to over 2,000 patients per year from our surrounding communities.


Emergency Medical Services – nationally accredited since 1988 and provides emergency care professionals with several career options at various levels including certificates in EMT, Paramedic, Firefighter and associate degrees in EMS and Fire Science, and baccalaureate degrees in Supervision/Management and Public Safety Administration.


Health Information Technology – nationally accredited in 2012 and graduates are eligible to take the national certification exam to become a Registered Health Information Technician.


Nursing – graduates of this national accredited program consistently score above the national average on licensing examinations and entry to nursing program includes the options of day courses, night/weekend courses, 3 campus locations for student convenience; an advanced offering for ASN graduates to pursue BSN degree completion through an accredited accelerated online program is also a program feature.


Radiologic Technology – graduates of this nationally accredited program have had 100% pass rate on the national certifying examination for the past 8 years; this pass rate ranks the program nationally in the top 15%


Physical Therapist Assistant – nationally accredited program offered at Edison since 1995 as a partnership program with Broward College through distance learning technology. Graduates of both physical locations perform equally well on the licensure examination by consistently meeting or exceeding national averages.


Respiratory Care - graduates of this nationally accredited program consistently exceed national averages on the Registry Exam performance


Human Services - the newest program offering in the School of Health Professions and one of only 6 programs in the state
